Products & prices
Products are described on their individual pages, including materials, ring sizes, and prices in USD. Natural amber can vary in tone and organic markings; screen settings also affect color appearance. Please review the selected size and product details before ordering. Product and pricing information may be updated; the details shown for your order apply to that purchase. No stock quantity or availability guarantee is implied by a product listing.
Payment authorization
When placing a purchase through an available payment method, you authorize payment of the total displayed at checkout, including any stated shipping charges and tax. Use a payment method you are authorized to use. A payment attempt does not by itself establish that funds have been received or an order accepted. Review the transaction result and contact us if you need clarification.
Orders & acceptance
Please supply accurate contact and address information and check your selected items and sizes. An order is subject to acceptance by Phormwear; a payment authorization or submission alone is not a promise of acceptance. We will communicate acceptance and fulfillment information in connection with your order, where applicable. If a question arises about an order or its details, contact us so it can be reviewed with you. Any cancellation or refund request will be handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and applicable rights.
Delivery
We ship to the 50 United States and Washington, D.C. with free standard shipping. Handling is 1–2 business days; transit is estimated at 3–4 business days after dispatch. The combined estimate is 4–6 business days, with cutoff and business-day adjustments as explained in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates.
Returns & refunds
Return requests may be made within 30 days of receipt. Ordinary change-of-mind returns require unused items in original condition and packaging. We cover return shipping for our errors, damage, or defects; customers cover change-of-mind return shipping. Returns go to our authorized address in France. There is no restocking fee. Approved refunds go to the original payment account within 10 calendar days. See our Return & Refund Policy for the full process.
Use of the website
Use the store lawfully and do not interfere with its operation or misuse other people’s information. Site text, original visual identity, and original imagery may not be used in a manner that infringes applicable intellectual-property rights. Nothing in these terms removes non-excludable consumer rights.
