Where we deliver
We deliver to ordinary street addresses in the 50 United States and Washington, D.C.. Shipping is free on all orders. We do not deliver to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO military addresses, U.S. territories, or destinations outside this delivery area.
Processing, transit & estimated delivery
Order handling takes 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, standard transit is estimated at 3–4 business days after dispatch. Together, these give an estimated total of 4–6 business days, subject to the order cutoff and business-day schedule below. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal public holidays. An order placed before the cutoff on a business day counts that day as the first handling day. An order placed at or after the cutoff, on a weekend, or on a public holiday starts handling on the next business day. Carrier delays can affect actual delivery.
Daily order cutoff
Our cutoff is 07:00 PM (GMT−06:00) Central Standard Time (Chicago), fixed year-round; no daylight saving adjustment. This is the fixed Central Standard Time reference for Chicago stated by our store, rather than Chicago’s daylight-saving clock. Orders placed after the cutoff move to the next business-day handling cycle.
Shipping charges & taxes
Standard shipping is $0.00 for every order within our delivery area. Checkout shows $0.00 tax under our store pricing settings; this is not a statement that products are legally tax-exempt. All prices are in USD.
Address questions & delivery issues
Please check your full delivery address before submitting an order. For an address question, a delayed parcel, or an item that arrives damaged or incorrect, contact [email protected] with your order reference and relevant details.
